Message from the Founder
“Workplace Connections is the picture of a disciple making ministry. It creates men and women who make a Christlike influence in all areas of their life. It builds a biblical foundation among Christians in an area considered the most challenging of all, the workplace. The tools provided help Christians meet these challenges in a practical and down-to-earth manner. What is created produces positive ripples of ministry in Jesus name.”

I found it to be a reservoir of helpful items, useful for populating a tool chest on how to prepare to reach people. It gives various pitfalls to avoid and helps you understand people a little better in order that you can be better equipped to be a witness.
In reference to the chapter on conflict, I really liked this, because it showed a lot of really concrete ways of how we can use the difficult situations in life to be a beacon of light to others. I think a lot of Christians lack the foresight to try to respond in a godly way to problems and issues they encounter.

“If you are like me, an ordinary, Christian who seeks to learn more about an extraordinary God, you need to read Understanding God’s Will: Difference between Knowing and Doing. This book will help you understand the importance of a personal relationship with God and show you how that intimate relationship allows you to hear His will for your life.”
William C. Everett,
John Boland’s Biblical insights provide spiritually based and useful guides for Church pastors and staff to better equip them as they lead in Workplace Evangelism. For over sixty years I have served congregations ranging in size from one hundred to over eight thousand. This book would have proved to be of great value to me and my staff. I believe Church leaders, who have discipleship evangelism at the heart of their ministries, will discover it (this book) to be most helpful.
